Parts Return Policy
Subject to applicable requirements and/or policies below, orders may be returned to our Service Department within 30 days of the date the order is shipped from our facility. No prior authorization or notification is required for the return.
Qualifying returned orders will be eligible for a credit back to the original method of payment used with the order. A copy of the order invoice and a brief note as to why the items are being returned must be included with the return. Please include your phone number and/or email address so that we may contact you if necessary.
If any item is claimed to be defective it must be returned to our Service Department.
Orders are returned at your expense. Return labels, Call tags, and/or credit for the shipping of the return will not be issued. If credit is issued, it will be the net amount of the returned items only. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Items must be in new and saleable condition, as determined at the sole discretion of EAA. This means new, unused, and not damaged. Returned items must be complete with all parts, accessories, and manuals and with the in-tact original packaging.
Chargebacks and/or Cancelled payments for orders not returned is theft and will be addressed as such.
EAA will have 10 business days to inspect and issue credit. Credit will be issued to the method of payment used with the order.
EAA reserves the right to either reject non-conforming returns or to charge a restocking fee.
EAA reserves the right to revise and/or change the Parts Order Return Policy at any time.
